Amerco Real Estate Co./U-Haul enlisted Oasis Associates, Inc. in 2022 to manage the consultant team and facilitate the project through the land use entitlement and building permit processes. They have taken two undeveloped lots in the East Airport area that occupy 4.03 acres and will consist of two (2) separate buildings. Building A will be indoor self-storage, showroom, and retail area, while Building B will be a U-Box warehouse facility. Oasis Associates, Inc. is proud to also be the Landscape Architects for this project!
Circumstances Unique to the Project:
- The entirety of the commercial subdivision is currently completing an annexation to the City of San Luis Obispo.
