A single contemporary building on 5.25 acres with expansion capabilities, Rosetta’s SLO headquarters was the second structure completed in the East Airport Commerce Park. The landscape architecture, while complementing the architectural style, was created to enhance Rosetta’s international image for “engaging experiences and robust technologies”, coupled with their unique set of values to “create engagement that increases customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy”.
Site features and amenities included raised planters and retaining walls, colored concrete paving, basketball half-court with rubberized surfacing, decorative gravel paving and boulders, tree grates, tables, benches, and trash containers, potted planters, and bike racks and lockers. All irrigated areas use reclaimed water.
