Land Use Planning
We provide land use planning services to a diverse client group including multigenerational property owners, nonprofit and community organizations, residential and commercial developers, and owners of historically significant properties. Our certified private land use planners coordinate and collaborate with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies and a multitude of technical and environmental design team members. As private planners, we have the ability to simultaneously and efficiently manage the multi-layered and distinct facets of a project to meet our client’s goals, while satisfying the appropriate regulatory considerations.
