Highlights:
Broad Street Partners – II, LP enlisted Oasis Associates, Inc. to navigate the City’s entitlement process and manage the consultant team. The Broad Street Village project is located on a 10-acre site in the City of San Luis Obispo. The development combines both commercial and residential uses to promote a compact urban form; provide affordable housing opportunities; reduce auto travel by providing services, jobs and housing in close proximity; increase residential and commercial densities along transit corridors; and provide good access for pedestrians, bicyclists, and transit users. Circumstances Unique to the Project:
